Adrian was recruited into playing hockey at his university's activities fair freshman year. Being new to the sport and having joined a checking league, he did not get to play in many of the team's games. Adrian still gave his all to the club, attending every game, filling water bottles, keeping stats or running the clock. He was elected president of the team his junior year and general manager his senior year.

Currently, Adrian plays for the D7 Ordinals. He has served on the advisory council of the NYCGHA.
